How do I switch gas supplier?

We understand that the thought of changing suppliers can be daunting, but our dedicated customer care team is here to assist you every step of the way, making the switch to Calor as straightforward as possible. Below is a step-by-step guide to the switching process:

Contact Calor online here to express your interest in switching to LPG gas. You can also get in touch with our customer service team by phone (ROI 01 291 6229 NI 0845 075 5588).
Our home energy experts will conduct a site survey to assess your property's suitability for our home energy solution. This helps us determine the necessary equipment, potential storage options and safety considerations.
Based on the site survey, we’ll give you a detailed quote outlining the costs involved including equipment installation, gas supply, and any additional services required. If you accept the quotation, you’ll be required to sign a contract  with Calor.
Once the contract is signed, Calor will schedule the installation of the necessary equipment including a gas storage tank or cylinders, regulators and pipework. Trained technicians will carry out the installation work, adhering to all safety guidelines.
Following the installation, Calor will arrange for the delivery of gas to your property. This typically involves setting up a regular delivery schedule based on your estimated usage.
